1. Period of validity
The right to use the "teacher" version of cadwork is limited to the duration of the teacher's position within the school. Teachers are required to inform us of any departure from their post (transfer, retirement, etc.).
2. Prices
A "Teacher" version of cadwork is free if the teacher has taken cadwork training. The teacher receives a personal, non-transferable USB key.
In the event of loss or defect, this key will be replaced free of charge.
3. Usage
The version is personal and cannot be lent or passed on. It may only be used for school purposes and may under no circumstances be used for commercial purposes.
Misuse of the "teacher" version is punishable by law. Teachers must work with the latest official version of cadwork.
4. Granting of the Licence
The teacher must give lessons on cadwork to his/her pupils and be in a cadwork approved school. The authorisation code will be calculated on the basis of the client number entered on the delivery note for the key. This is calculated on one of our internet servers, from where it can be downloaded. The licence will not be activated until the required documents have been received.
5. Required documents
To apply for a cadwork "teacher" version, the following documents are required:
- "Teacher certificate" from the approved establishment in which the teacher is active.
The licence will be renewed annually by sending the "teacher attestation" from the "Renew my teacher licence" form.

8. Homework

9. Damages, court of law
Any claims for damages against cadwork informatik ci SA, Cadwork SA or Cadwork France, as well as any means of asserting such claims, are excluded.
Damages for direct or indirect loss or damage to cadwork informatik ci SA, Cadwork SA or Cadwork France as well as claims arising from improper handling of the software, input or parameter errors on the part of the purchaser as well as subsequent manipulation of the results are excluded in principle.
