General terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) for a "teacher" version of cadwork

1. Period of validityThe right to use the "teacher" version of cadwork is limited to the duration of the teacher's position within the school. Teachers are required to inform us of any departure from their post (transfer, retirement, etc.).2. PricesA "Teacher" version of cadwork is free if the teacher has taken cadwork training. The teacher receives a personal, non-transferable USB key. In the event of loss or defect, this key will be replaced free of charge.3. UsageThe version is personal and cannot be lent or passed on. It may only be used for school purposes and may under no circumstances be used for commercial purposes. Misuse of the "teacher" version is punishable by law. Teachers must work with the latest official version of cadwork.4. Granting of the LicenceThe teacher must give lessons on cadwork to his/her pupils and be in a cadwork approved school. The authorisation code will be calculated on the basis of the client number entered on the delivery note for the key. This is calculated on one of our internet servers, from where it can be downloaded. The licence will not be activated until the required documents have been received.5. Required documentsTo apply for a cadwork "teacher" version, the following documents are required: - "Teacher certificate" from the approved establishment in which the teacher is active. The licence will be renewed annually by sending the "teacher attestation" from the "Renew my teacher licence" form.6. Supported operating systems / hardwareYou will find the latest PC recommendations on our website www.cadwork.com, under Support, Installation instructions.7. Cadwork pack and modulesThe licence comes with the construction pack: - Free and unlimited 3D construction including Auto Wall, Auto Roof, Revit RFA import, Joinery Tool Center-JTC - Lists & Working Drawings and Workshop and Site Drawings - 2D incl. library, DXF/DWG, architecture, staircase HELP - IFC Import/Export 2x3 - 4 - WegGL export for realistic 3D customer presentations Complementary modules included: - Optipanneau, stand-alone optimisation software for panel layout - C-Faster, connector between cadwork and Acord solutions8. HomeworkChanges to personal data should always be sent by e-mail to education@cadwork-04.ch9. Damages, court of lawAny claims for damages against cadwork informatik ci SA, Cadwork SA or Cadwork France, as well as any means of asserting such claims, are excluded. Damages for direct or indirect loss or damage to cadwork informatik ci SA, Cadwork SA or Cadwork France as well as claims arising from improper handling of the software, input or parameter errors on the part of the purchaser as well as subsequent manipulation of the results are excluded in principle.
