The vast majority of laminators today work with cadwork. In fact, the freedom of working in 3D and the geometric definition of elements are the starting point for the workflow in many companies. The Lamella module lets you add information from element listings, glue quantities and jack positions, quite simply!
Based on the final geometry of a free-form BLC carrier, cadwork automatically calculates the slat distribution, defines the clamping bed and displays all the slats, taking into account the specified manufacturing conditions.
The results are tailored to the individual needs of each company, enabling a complete production line to be controlled.
The clamping cylinders are also automatically displayed and dimensioned. Each lamella can be individually extended and dynamically adapted in the real or projected representation.
Various parameters can be freely defined during the calculation.
Complete control data is generated, from the choice of wood quality, through control of glue application, to automatic positioning of the presses and cylinders.
