1. Term of Validity
The right to use the cadwork “Teacher” version is limited to the duration of the teacher’s employment at the school. The teacher is required to notify us of any departure from their position (transfer, retirement, etc.).
2. Price
A cadwork “Teacher” version is free if the teacher has completed cadwork training. The teacher receives a personal, non-transferable license.
In the event of loss or damage, this license key will be replaced free of charge.
3. Use
This version is for personal use only and may not be lent or transferred to others.
It may only be used for educational purposes and under no circumstances for commercial purposes.
Misuse of the “Teacher” version is subject to criminal prosecution.
The teacher must use the latest official version of cadwork.
4. License Grant
The teacher must teach cadwork courses to their students and be affiliated with a cadwork-approved school.
The license will be granted only after the required documents have been received.
Once the license is granted, the teacher will receive an email allowing them to reset their password and activate the license on one device.
5. Required Documents
To request a cadwork “teacher” version, the following documents are required:
- “Teacher Certification” from the accredited institution where the teacher is currently employed.
License renewal will take place annually upon submission of the “Teacher Certificate” via the “Renew My Teacher License” form.

7. cadwork Packages and Modules
The license includes the Construction Pack:
- Unlimited 3D construction, including Auto Wall, Auto Roof, Revit RFA import, and Joinery Tool Center (JTC)
- Lists & As-Built Drawings, as well as Shop and Site Plans
- 2D, including library, DXF/DWG, architecture, and Stair Assistant
- IFC Import/Export 2x3–4
- WegGL export for realistic 3D client presentations
Included add-on modules:
- Optipanneau, standalone optimization software for panel layout
- C-Faster, connector between cadwork and Acord solutions
8. Obligations
Changes to personal data must always be sent by email to education@cadwork-04.ch.
9. Damages, Court
Claims for damages against Cadwork informatik CI SA, Cadwork SA, Cadwork France, Cadwork Belgium, or Cadwork Italia, as well as any legal action to pursue such claims, are excluded.
Claims for damages—whether direct or indirect—against Cadwork informatik CI SA, Cadwork SA, Cadwork France, Cadwork Belgium, or Cadwork Italia, as well as any claims arising from improper use of the software, data entry errors, or incorrect configuration by the purchaser, and any subsequent manipulation of results, are generally excluded.
