This contract concerns the construction of a 16-class school group, comprising 6 nursery classes (EM) and 10 elementary classes (EE), as well as a school canteen and an extra-curricular activities centre. This project is part of the project owner’s strong desire to create an innovative and exemplary building, innovative in terms of its flexibility of use and adaptation to new school and extra-curricular uses, as well as in terms of facilitating social, school and neighbourhood life, and exemplary in terms of its consideration of ambitious environmental quality and energy performance objectives (E4C2 target). These works will be accompanied by the development of the school’s outdoor areas (playgrounds, forecourt, covered playground, cycle garage, green spaces, etc.), on the plot dedicated to the project (approximately 7,800m²). The mission of the consortium is a comprehensive one. It includes all design and implementation obligations relating to the purpose of the project.
